How we handle the details you send us through this website.
This policy covers the website t.com.fj, run by Titan Technologies Pte Limited, trading as TitanX, based in Ba, Fiji ("we", "us").
What we collect
The only personal details this website collects are the ones you type into the enquiry form:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the topic you choose and your message
To stop spam, the form also uses your internet (IP) address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. We store this only as a scrambled code, not as the address itself, use it only for this limit, and delete it automatically once it is more than an hour old.
Like most websites, our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type and time) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically after about a week.
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, for example to answer questions or send you a quote, and to keep a record of what you asked us.
Where it is kept
- Server log: each enquiry is saved in a private file on our web server. It is not inside the public part of the website and cannot be downloaded from it.
- Email: the form emails your enquiry to our sales mailbox, sales@titanx.tech, so our team can reply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months from the date you send them. After that, the website deletes them from the server log automatically, and we delete the enquiry emails from our mailbox. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to provide our services to you.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. Your enquiry is only seen by TitanX staff who handle enquiries. It passes through our web hosting and email providers so that it can be stored and delivered.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email sales@titanx.tech with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used. We will reply during business hours and confirm when it is done.
